StoryTown Theater is looking for kids in grades 4-6 to join our new troupe! Students will rehearse and perform a short play while developing acting technique, including the expressive use of voice, body and imagination. Participants are asked to make a firm commitment to the ensemble by coming to every session.

Fee: FREE! – thanks to funding from the Vermont Afterschool and Summer Expanding Access Grant and 21st Century Community Learning Centers programs.

To Register:
If your child is a St. Johnsbury School student in grade 4 or 5: Register through the CatCH program – paperwork will be sent home in mid-August. Students will meet at school and walk with staff to Catamount Arts. They can be picked up at Catamount Arts or take the late bus from school.
If your child attends another school or is homeschooled and is in grades 4-6: Complete an enrollment form HERE by August 26.

Tom Stamp is a playwright, actor, storyteller, and retired public school theatre arts teacher. He has directed after school theatre productions in Fairfax, VA and Hinesburg, VT and has taught drama in the St. Johnsbury School’s CatCH program.
