This classic story of Romeo & Juliet introduces the ancient feud between two powerful families, the Montagues and the Capulets. The hatred of the warring families is so devastating and so ingrained that the children of these bitter rivals must hide their love from the world and sacrifice the acceptance of their families for each other.

Romeo and Juliet uncovers layers of human emotion— love, hate, loyalty, and vengeance— that confront every generation and that continue to touch our hearts 400 years after Shakespeare put pen to paper.
