Photo Projects (Ages 8-14)

Tuesdays, May 2-23, 3:30-5:00pm

Location: Catamount Outback Artspace

Instructor: Cornelia Hasenfuss

This 4 week course is an opportunity for the young photographer to explore the idea of working on a photography project. We will review the basics of photography such as camera controls, framing and decisive moment, and apply these principals to a photo project. Students will complete a small portfolio of cohesive work. We will use class time to critique and edit work from the week, look at other portfolios, as well as explore some specific themes through some guided shoots in and around St. Johnsbury. Students who have taken a photography class with Cornelia previously will build on their photo portfolios, focusing on a different project.

Class fee: $50 (10% discount for siblings if paid in person at the box office). For information on scholarship availability, please call Anne Campbell at 802-748-2600 x108.

After paying the registration fee, please register here.
