How often have you had the urge to write, but been intimidated by a blank page? We all have something to say, but sometimes we need a little help to get it out of our brain and down on the page.
The Catamount Writers Project is for all kinds of writers at all levels – whether you're a total non-writer who wants to dip your toes into the water of poetry or memoir, or an accomplished novelist, this workshop will offer inspiration, support, and camaraderie. You'll never be faced with a blank page and you'll be amazed what you can create!
We will write together for the first six sessions. Then Leah will collate everyone's best pieces for our seventh session. And our eighth session will be the big finale: invite friends and family to hear you share your words in a public reading!
All writing will happen during the workshop and there won't be any homework between sessions.
This class is appropriate for ages 15 and up. Class is limited to 8 people, so please be sure to register by clicking on the BUY button.
