Join us for GreggFest 2017, this year on Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th. Held in honor and memory of former Music Business and Industry Student, Jake Gregg. Jake was a talented musician and songwriter, and his band Suncooked was a staple in the Lyndon community for several years. Unfortunately, His promising music career was cut short by his two-year battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The festival was created in 2014 to raise money for his care in a manner that Jake would love. Sadly, Jake passed away in April of 2015. Today, GreggFest raises money to aid families battling cancer, and facilities dedicated to treating cancer. Each year, the team proudly carries on his legacy through each annual GreggFest. We invite you to enjoy the talented lineup that we are pleased to bring to the Northeast Kingdom this May.
GreggFest 2017 will be featuring some of the most popular local and regional talent. On Friday, May 5th, the bill will include acts such as the high-energy, funky New Hampshire natives Harsh Armadillo; as well as the highly anticipated Americana-Rock band Town Meeting; and GreggFest favorite, the widely popular jam band, The Mangroves. On Saturday, May 6th, local favorites The Bonnets and Monty’s Lobster will take the stage, as well as Johnson’s Drunk and In The Woods; and hailing from Boston, “the craziest reggae dance party you’ll ever be a part of,” Spiritual Rez! Join us for this great cause, and a fun afternoon and evening filled with some of the region's best music.
